Akhtar Ul Imman a.k.a. Akhtar ul Iman was an Indian screenwriter and poet. He had significant contribution to the Hindi Film Industry. He had been associated with films like 36 Ghante, Daag, Aadmi Aur Insaan, Bhoot Bungla and many more. He had received Filmfare Awards for Best Dialogue for the films, Dharmputra (1963) and Waqt (1966).
