He started his work by participating in inter collegiate and inter state theatre competitions and wining various prestigious awards for writing, acting and direction, Akshay formed his theatre group named Natyamandal. He has written 3 commercial plays which are running successfully in Pune, Mumbai and other cities of Maharashtra. Currently Akshay is working as a writer for a reality show on ZeeYuva Channel.
