Albert Finney is an English actor, born in England, on 9 May 1936. He started his career as a theatre actor and establlished himself as a Shakespearean actor in the late 1950s. He made his film debut in the year 1960 with the film, The Entertainer. His other film credits include Annie, The Dresser, The Bourne Legacy and Skyfall. He has received the BAFTA, Golden Globe, Emmy and Screen Actors Guild Awards, and has been nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor on four ocassions.
