Alexander Mathew is an Indian film producer and production designer who primarily works in the Malayalam film industry. He began his career in the early 1990s, with his first film Vadhu Doctoranu released in 1994 under his production banner, Pooyappally Films. His second film, Oru Maravathoor Kanavu (1998), marked the directorial debut of Lal Jose with Mammootty in the lead and was later acquired outright by Kokers Films.

He was also the production partner of Mammootty`s blockbuster film Pattalam, directed by Lal Jose.

Over the years, Alexander produced notable films like KL10 Pathu and Rakshadhikari Baiju Oppu in collaboration with Double Decker Dreams and 100th Monkey Movies. Rakshadhikari Baiju Oppu earned critical acclaim and won three Kerala State Film Awards-Best Film with Popular Appeal and Aesthetic Value, Best Sync Sound, and Best Child Artist.

His most recent film, United Kingdom of Kerala (UKOK), produced in collaboration with Fragrant Nature Film Creations, was released on 20 June 2025.
