Alexis Bledel, born on September 16, 1981 in Texas, is a producer, and television & film actress. She started her career as a child artist by appearing in the local productions such as Our Town and The Wizard of Oz and several commercials. She made her television debut in The WB comedy-drama Gilmore Girls. Her other film credits include I'm Reed Fish, The Brass Teapot and Parts per Billion. She was awarded with the Teen Choice Awards in 2005 and 2006, Young Artist Awards, and Family Television Awards. She was also listed on 25 Most Stylish New Yorkers list in 2010.
