Indian movie director Allani Sridhar is best remembered for his work in the Telugu film industry. Having started his career in 1992, Allani directed and wrote the screenplay of Ragulutunna Bharatam. Close to fifteen years after his debut, he returned to direction with Gautam Buddha, following which he went on to be associated with movies such as Hanuman Chalisa (2010) and Chilkur Balaji (2018), which also marked his debut as a producer.
