An ex IITian, Amit has been doing Theatre since 2005. His journey started with a directing workshop conducted by the students of the Banjara Theater group. He has been part of different productions like Kayapalat, Ek sham premchand ke naam (Kalayan), AdheAdhure (Toyo).

Currently part of Silver winning team at Bareilly international Theater festival. He was also awarded the Best Actor for the same.
