Amita Kulkarni is an Indian actress, model, and artist. Born in Gondia, Kulkarni has been settled in Mumbai for over ten years now. As a young girl, she completed her BSc in Computers with a degree in Graphic Designing. She worked as a logo and brand designer for a few years before moving on to modelling. As a model, she shot commercials for well-known brands like Camlin and Essco.

Her feature film debut was in Hrudayat Something Something (2018), where she appeared alongside Aniket Vishwasrao and Ashok Saraf. She also starred in the Marathi feature film Bonsai with Sachin Deshpande and Ameet Khedekar. Her other projects include the Hindi short film Tale of an Onion Witch (2019) and the TV series Mangalsutra.
