Best known for his association with the critically acclaimed Marathi film Harishchandrachi Factory (2009), which was India's official entry for the Academy Awards, Amlendu Chaudhary is an Indian cinematographer who works primarily in Marathi cinema, apart from Hindi film industry. Having started his career as a crew member in the camera and electrical department he worked in films like Gaja Gamini (2001) and Mokhsa: Salavation (2001), before eventually making his debut as a cinematographer in a feature film with Dohaa in 2007.
Over the years, the talented cinematographer has worked in more than 20 films and has won wide appreciation from both critics and the audience for weaving is magic on screen and creating a brilliant cinematic experience. Some of his most notable film credits include Gandha (2009), Aiyaa (2012), The Shaukeens (2014). Tere Bin Laden Dead or Alive (2016), Kaccha Limbu (2017), Baa Baa Black Sheep (2018) and Cycle (2018), a Marathi drama directed by Prakash Kunte.
