Amritha Aiyer is an Indian actress who predominantly works in Tamil and Telugu films. She started out with a small role in the Malayalam film Padmavyooham (2012) but was first recognised, after several years of playing supporting characters, for her work in Padaiveeran (2018). She was even nominated for the SIIMA Best Debutant Actress award for the same. Bigil (2019) gave her a big break as she played a prominent role and shared the screen with superstar Vijay. The film was a success and garnered her more recognition. Her 2020 projects include 30 Rojullo Preminchadam Ela and Red.
