Amy Pascal is an American business executive and film producer who has served as the chairperson of Sony Pictures Entertainment and co-chairperson of Sony Pictures Television. Having started her career in the showbiz as the secretary of producer Tony Garnett at the independent production company Kestrel Films, she later served as the Vice President of Production at 20th Century Fox. She made her production debut of a feature film with Ghostbusters (2016) and her notable production ventures include Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), an action adventure sci-fi film directed by Jon Watts. Her 2018 releases include The Post, a biographical drama directed by Steven Spielberg. Her other releases include Venom (2018), The Girl In The Spider`s Web (2018), Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse (2018), Spider-Man: Far From Home (2019) and Little Women (2020).
