The co-founder of the production company Platinum Dunes which gave us films like The Purge (2013) and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014), Andrew Form has been associated with the production of over twenty feature films in the course of a career spanning over two decades. The producer, whose name is primarily associated with the horror genre, debuted in 1997 with Trading Favors and subsequently rose to prominence by bankrolling hits like The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003) and The Amityville Horror (2005).
Besides movies, Form has also ventured into television through shows like Black Sails, The Last Ship and Jack Ryan. Other notable film credits include A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010), Ouija (2014), its prequel Ouija: Origin of Evil (2016) and the horror thriller A Quiet Place (2018), which starred Emily Blunt and John Krasinski in the lead roles.
