Anil Rastogi is an Indian theatre, television and film actor, who has acted in over 600 theatre plays and appeared in various other modes of entertainment. A scientist by profession, over the years Anil has worked with theatre stalwarts like B.V. Karanth, Balraj Pandit and M.K. Raina. He has acted in movies like Main, Meri Patni Aur Woh (2005) and Ishaqzaade (2012). He has also appeared in TV shows like Biwi Naatiyon Wali (1984), Udaan (1989), Samvidhaan: The Making of the Constitution of India (2014– ), Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha 2 (2013) and Razia Sultan (2015). In 2017 Anil will be seen in Shubhashish Bhutiani’s directorial debut Mukti Bhawan (“Hotel Salvation” in English). The movie also stars Adil Hussain, Palomi Ghosh and Geetanjali Kulkarni. He is associated with the 2017 hindi movie Baaraat Company directed by Syed Ahmad Afzal starring Sandeepa Dhar and Ranveer Kumar in lead roles .
