Anil K Reji, an actor who primarily works in Malayalam cinema, became a well known face after a one minute soft drink advertisement with popular cricket players M.H. Dhoni and Virat Kohli, and another one with Shikhar Dhawan. After graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he claims that taking part in these advertisements was a form of acting school for him. He made his debut in a feature film in 2013 by bagging a small role in Idukki Gold. In Puthiya Niyamam (2016) he appeared alongside the superstars Mammootty and Nayanthara. He is also known for the 2018 Malayalam comedy-drama Kaly, directed by Najeem Koya. His 2019 releases include Satellite Shankar.
