Editor Anil Kumar Bonthu's repertoire features a number of Telugu and Hindi movies, notable among which are the action drama Toss (2007), the computer-animated mythology film Lava Kusa: The Warrior Twins (2010) and the romantic drama Kudirithe Kappu Coffee (2011). Besides these, he has also worked as an assistant editor in the Madhur Bhandarkar film Page 3 (2005), a promo editor for the Indian-American romantic comedy Love, Lies and Seeta (2012) and the Netflix romcom Love Per Square Foot (2018).

In 2018, Anil helmed the editorial department in the Tollywood romantic comedy Next Enti, which is a remake of the hit Bollywood movie Hum Tum (2004).
