Anirban Sengupta is a National Award winning Indian sound designer who works primarily in Bengali cinema. He has associated with over 60 films in a career spanning over a decade, notable among which are Abar Byomkesh (2012), Jaatishwar (2015) and Rajkahini (2015). In 2013, Anirban won the National Film Award for Best Audiography in the critically acclaimed Shabdo (2012), which followed the life and times of a professional foley artist. Subsequently, Anirban bagged his second National Award in 2015, for his work in the drama film Nirbashito (2014). Other significant feature film credits include Antaheen (2009), Autograph (2010), Maach Mishti & More (2013), Chotushkone (2014) and the Bollywood films Kahaani 2 (2016) and Panchlait (2017).
