Anchor-turned-actress and dancer Anjali is known primarily for her work in Kannada cinema. She debuted in Sandalwood with a supporting role in the acclaimed drama film Kiragoorina Gayyaligalu (2016), and followed it up with well-received performances in movies like Run Antony (2016) and Nangista (2018).

In 2018, Anjali landed the first lead role of her career with the psychological thriller Manoratha, where she starred alongside Raj Charan.
