Anjan Bose is a filmmaker-producer-distributor and the third-generation custodian of Aurora Film Corporation who has directed more than a hundred documentary and short films. He is the grandson of Late Anadinath Bose and son of legendary Late Ajit Bose. The family own and run Aurora Film Corporation since 1906. He is a recipient of the prestigious Rajat Kamal in the Indian National Film Awards thrice as a director and once as a producer. His latest directional venture Aurora Bioscope was awarded Van Gogh Award at Amsterdam Film Festival. He has been the Jury Member of Indian Panorama at the International Film Festival of India (IFFI) and a Jury member of the Selection Committee of the Kolkata International Film Festival. He also produced Kalkokkho (House of Time) (2022).
