Anna Reshma Rajan, a Malayali actress, was working as a nurse when producer Vijay Babu and director Lijo Jose Pellissery noticed her face on a hoarding. They called her in for an audition and she bagged the role of Lichi in Angamaly Diaries (2017). Having made her foray into the film industry, her next role was in Velipadinte Pusthakam (2017) where she shared the screen with Mohanlal. Other notable projects include Lonappante Mamodeesa (2018) and Madhura Raja (2018). Her 2020 releases include Ayyappanum Koshiyum.
