Antho Joseph began his journey in Malayalam cinema as a production manager, working in movies like Anandabhadram (2005) and Kayyoppu (2007) early on in his career. Subsequently, he founded a production house named Anto Joseph Film Company, and has since bankrolled several well-received Malayalam films. Among these are the action crime thriller Big B (2007), the action comedy Chattambinadu (2009) and the National Award-winning political drama thriller Take Off (2017).

Other significant movie credits include Annan Thambi (2008), the Dulquer Salmaan starrer Salala Mobiles (2014), the Nivin Pauly starrer Mikhael (2019), Ganagandharvan (2019), Stand Up (2019), Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal (2020), The Priest (2021), Irul (2021), Nizhal (2021) and Malik (2021).
