Anurag Singh, the man behind the Diljit Dosanjh starrer Punjabi super hit movies Jatt & Juliet (2012), Jatt and Juliet 2 (2013) and Punjab 1984 (2014), is an Indian movie director who works in the Punjabi and Hindi film industry. He bagged the Best Director Award for his movies Jatt & Juliet, and Jatt and Juliet 2, at the PTC Punjabi Film Awards. His Bollywood directorial ventures were Raqeeb in 2007 and Dil Bole Hadippa! in 2009, both of which failed to perform well at the box office. Anurag is also a writer associated with the movies Yaar Annmulle (2011), Jatt and Juliet 2 (2013), Disco Singh (2014) and Punjab 1984 (2014). His directorial venture include action comedy movie Super Singh starring Diljit Dosanjh, Sonam Bajwa, and Pavan Malhotra in the lead roles and Kesari starring Akshay Kumar and Parineeti Chopra. His 2019 release includes Shadaa, directed by Jagdeep Sidhu.
