Archana Puran Singh is an Indian film actress and television personality. She made her film debut in Jalwa (1987), opposite Naseeruddin Shah. Archana started off with small-time roles in big-banner films such as Agneepath (1990), Saudagar (1991), Shola aur Shabnam (1992) and Raja Hindustani (1996). However, her career gained speed with her performance in the eminent films Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), Mohabbatein (2000), Jhankar Beats (2003) and Krrish (2006). Soon after, Archana appeared in Mere Baap Pehle Aap (2008), Love Story 2050 (2008) and Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye! (2008). She was cast in the romantic-comedy film Bol Bachchan (2012), action-thriller film Kick (2014), comedy-drama film Dolly Ki Doli (2015) and Uvaa (2015). Her 2020 release includes Virgin Bhanupriya, directed by Ajay Lohan.
