Primarily a Tamil movie producer Arjun Thyagarajan, who is often credited at T. Arjun, made his debut in 2003 with the romantic drama Parthiban Kanavu, which went on to win the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Film. Associated with the Indian production house Sathya Jyothi Films, founded by G. Thyagarajan and G. Saravanan in the 1980s, Arjun has produced movies such as Em Magan, Jayamkondaan, and Baana Kaathadi. In 2016, he produced the Dhanush and Keerthy Suresh-starrer action comedy Thodari in 2016, following which he was associated with the spy thriller Vivegam, starring Tamil cinema`s Ajith Kumar, popularly known as Thala, Vivek Oberoi, Kajal Aggarwal, and Akshara Haasan in lead roles. His 2019 venture includes Viswasam. His 2020 release includes Pattas.
