Aroor Sudhakar Shetty is a well-known Indian cinematographer who works in the Kannada and Tulu film industries. He is an alumnus of the Government Film and Television Institute. In his early days, he assisted renowned cinematographer G. S. Bhaskar, honing his craft before making his independent debut.

His first Kannada film, Rajahamsa (2017), was well received by both critics and audiences. He later worked as the Director of Photography (DOP) for Karne (2018), the 100th film in the Tulu film industry, followed by Yera Ullerge (2018).

His next work as DOP, Gentleman (2020), a mystery crime thriller, received critical acclaim and became one of the biggest Kannada hits of the year, earning a prestigious state award for acting.

His most recent film, Guru Shishyaru (2022), was widely praised for its innovative cinematography, particularly in capturing sports sequences. The film became a blockbuster and is regarded as one of the best sports films ever made in Kannada cinema.

He is currently working on the movie Landlord as the Creative Head.
