Arvind Tiwari is an Indian writer who predominantly works in the Bhojpuri movie industry. Arvind began his career in 2013 with the movie Ego Prem Katha Phool Aur Kante: he wrote the movie as well as penned the songs for it. He has since then written movies such as Bihari Rickshawala (2013), Jo Jeeta Wahi Sikandar (2014), Tu Mera Hero (2015), Jaanam (2015) and Dharm Ke Saudagar (2016). As a lyricist, he has contributed to the movies Hamaar Farz (2014), Barsaat (2015), and Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahi (2016). In 2017, he wrote the screenplay of the movie Ek Rajai Teen Lugai directed by Manjul Thakur.
