An Indian director, Ashish Bhelkar is noted for his work in Marathi and Hindi cinema. Having started her career as an assistant director to Madhur Bhandarkar he made his debut with Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji (2011) and he later collaborated with the ace Bollywood director for Heroine in 2012. After gaining experience and learning the nuances of direction, Ashish Behlkar made his directorial debut with the Marathi feature film 31 Divas (2018), a drama starring Shashank Ketkar, Raju Kher, Vivek Lagoo and Asha Shelar.
