Born in on the 12th of December 1981 in Tamil Nadu, Ashok Balakrishnan is an Indian film actor, who predominantly appears in Tamil and Telugu movies. Ashok completed his high school education from Vani Vidyalaya Mumbai and later completed his B.A. from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai. He made his debut in the 2007 Tamil Indian film, titled Muruga, where he was paired alongside former Femina Miss India winner and fellow debutant Shruti Sharma. In 2014, he appeared alongside Sayali Bhagat in the movie titled Home Stay.
