Ashok is an Indian actor who predominantly works in the Kannada film industry. He made his debut in 1975 with them movie Hennu Samsarada Kannu opposite Sridevi and has since then appeared in movies such as Sanadi Appanna (1977), Pavana Ganga (1977), Janumada Jodi (1998), Kempe Gowda (2014), Mr. Airavata (2015), and Parapancha (2016). In 2017 he appeared in the movie Chakravarthy directed by Chinthan and also Siliconn City directed by Murali Gurappa .
