Aswath Damodaran is a Professor of Finance at the Stern School of Business at New York University. Also known as the Wall Streets Dean of Valuation, he teaches the corporate finance and valuation courses in the MBA program. He received his MBA and Ph.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles and has written four books on valuation and two on corporate finance.

Aswath is an expert on valuation and has been interviewed in various TV segments, including CNBC and Bloomberg Quint. His contributions to the field of Finance have been recognized many times over. He has been the recipient of Giblin, Glucksman, and Heyman Fellowships, a David Margolis Teaching Excellence Fellowship, and the Richard L. Rosenthal Award for Innovation in Investment Management and Corporate Finance.
