Atanu Raychaudhuri is an ace Indian film producer. He is primarily associated with Bengali films. His initial films like Muktodhara (2012), Alik Sukh (2013), Ramdhanu (2014), Bela Seshe (2015) and National Award-winning movie Praktan (2016) had opened a new avenue in fresh contents in the film industry and touched the hearts of the audiences. The expectations for an even better story and a tale worth telling are always there in the mind of his audiences who eagerly await his next release. And he has always exceeded his audiences` expectations. His family drama Posto (2017) starring Soumitra Chatterjee, Lily Chakraborty, Mimi Chakraborty, Jisshu Sengupta and was also much loved by the movie-goers and became a major hit. His other successful films include Projapoti Biskut (2017) and the superhit movie Haami (2018).

He co-founded his production house Bengal Talkies. The first release of Bengal Talkies was the movie Sanjhbati. With a noteworthy star cast of Superstar Dev, Paran Bandyopadhyay and Shakuntala Barua, the film has become a blockbuster. His next venture 'Projapati' (2022) became the all time Blockbuster of the decade in the history of Bengali Cinema. Thereafter his next presentation 'Pradhan' (2023) turned massive by becoming the highest opening Bengali cinema of the year. This year his next presentation 'Projapati 2' will hit the big screen during the Christmas vacation.
