A screenwriter, director, and producer, Atlanta Nagendra is best known for his works in Kannada cinema. An engineering degree holder in computer-science from Atlanta, United States, Nagendra is an engineer-turned-filmmaker. Nagendra started his career in film-making after he completed courses in screenwriting, editing, and direction. He rose to fame with his maiden production venture Jokefalls, which released in 2004. Over the years he has produced about 10 films and along the way won many awards. Some of his notable production ventures include Rambo (2012), Googly (2013), Mr. and Mrs. Ramachari (2015), and his 2018 release includes Raambo 2, directed by Anil Kumar.
