An American composer from Denver, Colorado, Austin Wintory is best known for composing scores for acclaimed video games like Flow and Journey, the latter of which won a Grammy nomination for Best Score Soundtrack for Visual Media. After composing for several video games, he made his debut as a composer in a feature film with Johnny Montana in 2006. Over the years, he has composed for many films like Captain Abu Raed (2007), Live Evil (2008), The River Why (2009), A Beautiful Game (2010), Aftermath (2012), Bullet Head (2017) and The Last Movie Star (2018), an English drama directed by Adam Rifkin.
