Avtar Singh is an Indian filmmaker and screenwriter who works in the Punjabi film industry. Notable directorial credits include Mitti Na Pharol Jogiya (2015) and the 2017 action drama film Rupinder Gandhi 2: The Robinhood, both of which he also wrote. His 2018 release includes Ranjha Refugee. His 2019 release includes Lukan Michi, directed by M. Hundal. In 2021, he directed the comedy movie Kuriyan Jawan Bapu Preshaan that stars Karamjit Anmol and Pihu Sharma in prominent roles.
