Aziz Mirza was an Indian director, producer, and scriptwriter born in the year 1947, in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He made his directorial debut with the 1989 TV series Circus, and his debut film as a director was Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman, in 1992, for which he was awarded with a Filmfare Award for best Screenplay. Later, he directed many other films including Chalte Chalte and Yes Boss.
