Choreographer-turned-director, Baba Yadav is popular for his work in the Bengali film industry. He began his career as a choreographer in the year 1997 with the movie Mohabbat and went on the work on successful films such as Lagaan: Once Upon a Time in India (2001) and Devdas (2002). Some of his other film credits include Calcutta Mail (2003), Premer Kahani (2008), Paglu (2011), and Haripad Bandwala (2016). He turned director in 2013 with the movie Boss: Born to Rule and has directed the movies Game: He Plays to Win (2014), and Badshah: The Don (2016). His 2017 releases include Boss 2: Back to Rule and Game: Once Again. His 2018 release includes Villain and Hoichoi Unlimited. His 2019 releases include Ke Tumi Nandini and Kidnap.
