Considered to be one of the most exceptional supporting actors of the Malayalam film industry, Baiju Santhosh Kumar popularly known as Baiju has been part of Malayalam films and television since he was a child. It was director Balachandra Menon who introduced Baiju, when he was only ten years old, to the entertainment world through his movie Maniyanpilla Adhava Maniyanpilla, a movie that released in 1982. Since then he has been showcasing his talent on the big screen and has acted in more than 300movies. Some of the films he was a part of include Dhinarathrangal (1988), News in (1989), Kottayam Kunjachan (1990), Dectective (2007), Angel John (2009), Style (2016), Puthan Panam (2017), and Ente Mezhuthiri Athazhangal (2018) among numerous others. His 2019 releases include Lucifer, Pattabhiraman and Happy Sardar. In 2020, he appeared in the film Shylock, a film that saw Mammooty`s character lock horns with a ruthless moneylender.
