A versatile artist, Balvinder Singh Suri is an Indian actor, director, producer, and cinematographer. Having started his career in the film industry as an assistant director the acclaimed director David Dhawan in his films Loafer (1996) and Saajan Chale Sasural (1996), he eventually turned an actor and made his debut in the super hit film, Dil To Pagal Hai (1997) starring Shah Rukh Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit - Nene and Akshay Kumar.

After his successful debut as an actor, Balvinder subsequently starred in films like Dard Paresaan De (2000), Pyare Mohan (2006), Love Kaa Taddka (2009) and Poster Boys (2017). Apart from acting, Balvinder has also directed a Bhojpuri film titled Chhodab Na Sang Tohaar (2009) and written the dialogues for the Bollywood film, Dhamaal (2007). The multi-talented artist has also produced a movie titled Mini Punjab in 2009.
