Bapu Padmanabha, popularly referred to as Bapu Flute, is an Indian musician and composer. A mechanical engineer by profession and a flautist by vocation, Padmanabha has performed numerous concerts around the country at many prestigious music festivals. A disciple of legendary flutist Hariprasad Chaurasia, he has also worked as a recording artist and background flute artist on many Kannada movies. Padmanabha made his debut as a film composer with the 2017 historical musical drama Allama Prabhu.
