Having started his career with the Amir Khan starrer Mann (1999), Basha Lal is an Indian film director of photography, working in Hindi film industry. He is associated with Bollywood films like (2004), Pyar Mein Twist (2005), Get Educated: Paathshaala (2010), A Strange Love Story (2011), Ab Hoga Dharna Unlimited (2012), and Mumbai Can Dance Saalaa (2015). His other projects include Ek Paheli Leela (2015) and When Obama Loved Osama (2018).
