Baz Luhrmann is an Australian film director, screenwriter and producer. He has started his career with the stage play and later marked his efforts into television and films. His directorial credit includes Strictly Ballroom, Romeo and Juliet, The Great Gatsby and many more. He received numerous awards for the film Moulin Rouge! In the year 2001. He was also awarded with AFI Award, AACTA Award and Satellite Award.
