Perhaps best known for playing the bad guy `Blueface` in mystery-thriller, The Nice Guys (2016), and `Jon Jon` in the boxing sports-drama, Southpaw (2015), Beau Knapp is an American actor and film producer. He made his debut in 2008 with the J.J Abrams mystery sci-fi thriller, Super 8. Knapp played a gas station attendant in the movie. In 2012 Knapp played Denny in thriller, No One Lives. In 2012 he starred as Jonah Breck in the sci-fi thriller, The Signal. Knapp has also worked in movies like George C. Wolfe`s You`re Not You (2014), Jaume Collet-Serra`s Run All Night (2015), Antoine Fuqua`s Southpaw (2015), Joel Edgertons` The Gift (2015), Craig Gillespie`s The Finest Hours (2016), Shane Black`s The Nice Guys (2016), Ang Lee`s Billy Lynn`s Long Halftime Walk (2016), and Tali Shalom-Ezer`s My Days of Mercy (2017). Apart from movies Knapp has also appeared in TV episodes of shows like Bones (2005-2017), Shots Fired (2017), and Seven Seconds (2018- ).

In 2018 Knapp starred alongside Bruce Willis, Elisabeth Shue, Vincent D`Onofrio and Dean Norris in director Eli Roth`s vigilante-drama, Death Wish. The movie is a remake of the 1974 Michael Winner movie of the same name, with Charles Bronson in the lead. Both the movies are based on the 1972 novel of the same by Brian Garfield. Knapp plays the main antagonist, opposite Bruce Willis in the revenge-drama. His 2019 release includes Destroyer, directed by Karyn Kusama.
