Bert Lahr was an American actor and film comedian. In 1927 he debuted on Broadway in Delmar's Revels and made his feature film debut in 1931's Flying High. Bert major break in his career was for his iconic role as the Cowardly Lion in 1939 film The Wizard of Oz and Won Broadway's 1964 Tony Award as Best Actor for Foxy. He as a credit of working in more than fifty movies, his works includes such as Ship Ahoy, Sing Your Worries Away Sing and Happy Landing.
