Lianne Paul Piper popularly known as Billie Piper is an English actor (female), performer and vocalist. She stated singing early at the age of 15 with a debut single Because We Want To and its popularity leads her to score several other albums. Her acting career starts with a series Doctor who in which she gained numerous honors and acclaims from various people magazines.
