Biswaroop Biswas is a Bengali filmmaker, screenwriter and actor who is best known for writing and directing the 2017 drama film Biler Diary. Besides this, he has also directed the 2015 comedy Bawal. Notable acting credits include the thriller movie Chotushkone (2014) and the musical drama Jaatishwar (2014). His 2019 release includes Baccha Shoshur.
