Bob Persichetti is a storyboard artist, who started his career with Walt Disneys feature animation Hercules in 1997. Later, he worked as the story artist in popular animation films, including Tarzan (1999), Treasure Planet (2002), Shrek 2 (2004) and Monsters vs. Aliens (2009).

He was the head of the story for Puss in Boots (2011) and The Little Prince (2015). He made his directorial debut with Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018).
