Renowned film producer, Boney Kapoor started his career in 1980 with Mithun Chakraborty-starrer Hum Paanch. In a career spanning almost four decades, Kapoor is best remembered for having produced Shekhar Kapur`s sci-fi superhero film Mr. India, which starred Anil Kapoor and Sridevi in the lead. Following this, he went on to produce a string of critical as well as commercial successes such as Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja, Judaai, Pukar, No Entry, and Wanted. In 2017, he produced Ravi Udyawar`s directorial debut Mom, which featured his wife Sridevi in the lead alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Sajal Ali. His 2019 release includes Nerkonda Paarvai. His other releases include It`s My Life (2020), Vakeel Saab (2021), Valimai (2022), Mili (2022) starring daughter Janhvi Kapoor in the lead, Nenjuku Needhi (2022), Veetla Vishesham (2022) and Maidaan (2023).
