American film producer Bonnie Arnold started her career as an associate producer and worked on the 1990 American epic Western film Dances with Wolves and the 1991 supernatural black comedy The Addams Family. Later, she served as a producer for Walt Disney and worked on films like Toy Story (1995) and Tarzan (1999).

In 2006, she joined DreamWork Animation and worked on the comedy films Over The Hedge (2006) and The Last Station (2009). She later went on to serve as the producer for the award-winning franchise, How to Train Your Dragon - How to Train Your Dragon (2010), Legend of the Boneknapper Dragon (2010), Dragons: Gift of the Night Fury (2011), and How to Dragon 2 (2014) and How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World (2019).
