Brett Butler is a female American actor, writer, and stand-up comedian. She began her acting career as a stand-up comedian. Her first major break came in 1988 when she starred in the TV series Dolly. She is best known for her work in Grace Under Fire, Anger Management, Moochers and Mrs. Harris. She won People's Choice Award for Favorite Female Performer in a New TV Series & Q Award for Best Actress in a Quality Comedy Series for Grace Under Fire.
