American actor Brian Tyree Henry started off on stage and acted in several plays, off-broadway, and Broadway, including the critically acclaimed Broadway musical The Book of Mormon and Lobby Hero. The latter earned him a nomination for Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Play. He was also a nominee for the Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy series for portraying the role of Alfred Paper Boi Miles in Atlanta (2016-2018) alongside Donald Glover. He has also appeared on television series like Law and Order (2009), The Good Wife (2010), Vice Principle (2016-2017), How to Get Away with Murder (2017) and This is Us (2017).
