Chaitali is a fashion designer by profession and in her career, spanning over 15 years, she has worked in fields as diverse as fashion designing, exports, house buying and Business Process Outsourcing.
She has always been identified as, the MOF (Manager of Fun), where she has excelled in managing events and has conceptualized and conducted various team building, training, employee engagement and motivational activities at her workplaces.
She believes storytelling is cool as it brings incredible intimacy of telling stories to a listener.
Those stories, that are strong, and those that entertains, motivates and inspires.
